It is very rare that we receive a call with dis-satisfaction on an order.

Should this happen, please call the shop as soon as possible- within 24hrs of the delivery. 812-288-2388 If after hours, please leave a message. We will make every effort to make things right, but we can’t do that unless we know there is a problem. With that, please understand- photos shared on our website are our own work, these are not stock photos. We use locally grown flowers whenever possible, so colors and content may vary. Sometimes we might run out of bloom or foliage and may have to substitute a color or variety. The same applies to containers and any other element you might see on our site. Regardless of substitution, please know your order will be filled to the value you have paid.

Should there be an issue, our policy is to pick up the arrangement in question within 24 hrs of receiving it and replace it. We do this so we can see where the complaint lies. If there is a problem with a flower or foliage, we relay this to our markets. We want them to be aware of a product flaw.

Please note: Roses open, they do not stay tight and closed, this is the nature of the flower. They also will soften up, this does not mean they’re dead.

Tulips grow towards the light and will continue to grow another 2-6” after they’re in your arrangement. This is normal.

Hydrangea drink lots of water- should the bloom wilt, please remove from the arrangement and plunge the whole head or full stem into cool water and allow to rehydrate for a few hours. Recut stem and reinsert into the arrangement.

** Please note- Rush orders, where you are needing an arrangement designed and expedited within two hours, or special request of a particular arrangement- we cannot guarantee that substitutions of product or colors will not occur. If time is of the essence, we will do our very best to complete your order and get it delivered as requested.

Collecting Your Information - Our site uses an order and registration form so that you can request information, products and services. However, you can visit our site at any time without identifying yourself or providing any personal information.

Our order form asks for contact information about you (email address, mailing address, telephone number). This is used to fulfill your order and to get in touch with you when necessary. The financial information you provide (credit card number and expiration, billing address, etc.) is used to bill you for products and services. We use SSL (secure socket layer) and PGP technology to protect the security of your credit card information. We do not have access to your credit card information when you place an order online.

Using your Information: We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to third parties.

If you have any hesitation about placing an order with us online, we invite you to make your purchase by phone by calling 1-812-288-2388. 

Removing your Information: You may request to have your name and email address removed from our mailing list at any time by emailing us. Your name and email address will be removed immediately. However, if you place an order after removing your email address from our mailing list, you will still receive an email confirmation of your order.

Protecting your Card Information: Lavender Hill LLC uses Stripe to process your online orders.  All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services. Your in store purchase information is maintained in our company and is not available to anyone outside our company. In addition, we have internal security measures in place to prevent the loss, alteration or misuse of your information once it is in our records.
